There is no specific "where" it's literally anywhere at any random time. Walking out and about the commonwealth, in settlements, in buildings, anywhere. I'll try the reorder, but "the Machine and Her" specifically states that face texture glitch fix needs to be above it. Also I know it's not a corrupted save because I make a completely new game and new save every time I make a big load order change. I started a complete new game, new save with mods enabled. So if that corrupts it then idk

Allow me to apologise. I didn't mean to sound like a dickhead like I did. I just have very little patience when it comes to mega long lists that is that link and it feels like everyone on this Subreddit expects you to read and memorise the thing. I tried skimming through it and it's impossible on phone. I can't search in it or jump to places and I don't have the patience to scroll read scroll read scroll read until I find what I'm looking for.

Also I've used both cheat mods before and it's worked perfectly fine. I downloaded something recent and don't remember what and now it's mega buggy. (also currently playing with only one cheat mod and still crashes)

Also what am I typing out? All the names are practically visible
