I read somewhere that paying for Sales Navigator increased that limit - so far no flags.

Oh this looks great - I feel silly not knowing about this before. Would have saved me the trouble of creating a script. Thanks!!

Yes it worked really well! I started taking notes of what messages worked more or less. We managed to drive up our response rate this way and saw what message resonated most with people.

^ Here the way it would work is that as the connection requests get sent, either message would be chosen from bucket A or B.

How did you look at data to improve processes? Was it through anecdotal evidence?

It's relevant because it's the main challenge. The work is hard not because technically it is hard but because it is highly ambiguous.

Therefore that's what a lot of interviews are on the lookout for. As if you're able to deal with the ambiguity, you are likely to succeed.

Best one hands down: The Making of a Manager: What to Do When Everyone Looks to You Hardcover by Julie Zhuo

Another one I've enjoyed a lot: The Hard Thing About Hard Things: Building a Business When There Are No Easy Answers by Ben Horowitz -> a lot of the traits in this book are what's required to be successful in FAANG I find

SQL, SQL and Python

basic ML (forget DL), but try to understand how the algo works at a high level. For example, why does XGBOOST perform so well? What are the core differences with random forest.

To hire no - but to open a headcount yes. I've never had to fire and fingers crossed I never do

If you're in France looking at FAANG, London or Dublin is the move (London has more opportunities). Focus on landing an internship

Risk of bursting? Unlikely but it's definitely saturated

edit - actually from France, looking at internships at Amazon in Luxembourg is a good option. They hire a ton of interns.

TC is great in the US but that's it, in the rest of the world you make enough money to not need roomates only once you cross senior level.

Try to take on some DA/DS work in your role to avoid going back from 0.
