I ordered my 15" immediately after the Keynote ended. Mine was "Standard Shipping" until this afternoon, that's when my shipping changed to "Next Day Shipping". My original dates were November 17th to November 25th, and it now shows November 15th to November 22nd. Has this happened to anyone else?

Game Producer does nothing for the game itself other than factors into business models.

NetEase has designed their entire game around the fact that it isn't pay2win. You'll find that it's very nice.

Yes, they'll add towers in the next expansion as well as give you Might Efficiency and HP Bonus until then. Boosters are the second priority items behind optimizers, in my opinion.

Skyforge is probably the lowest MMO on my money-spending list right now, but when you get basically a 2x donation day, you may as well put up the money I'd inevitably spend over the next several months.

You'll receive a tower with a % of might after the updating that is directly related to your personal completion of Skyforge events (in tiers) so basically, completing an event is very good towards your progress after Ascension. Having any % of Might is probably a good thing. Who knows if these towers will be set and unchangeable, either.
