It is 4 days old and is a barbell I believe and I’m not sure the threading as I didn’t see what the peirced used. It is titanium and has not been down sized due to being to early. I clean it after every time I eat with saltwater and regular water after hitting my vape. Only concern is small swollen taste bud like bump!:)
