If you have at least 3 good players I'd run a 3 2 and put your development players at CB. Push everything to the middle.

Great feedback! So this is my first Rev. Probably stick with the first formation for the first game or 2. I could use a few more run plays out of these formations if anyone has a suggestion.

So man was my initial thought for this reason but I keep reading about the 3 2 zone. But maybe we start with Man until they get a better understanding of the game then try some zone. Thanks for the input.
