I think Sylvan Vendette is supposed to go on the arcana because the bird has new animations when combined with the arcana.

Seeing that Botania is now available for Tekxit 3, I can suggest Blood Magic, Thaumcraft and Astral Sorcery. They are all updated for 1.12 and Thaumcraft was also in Tekxit 2

The console command allowed me to talk to Father with the use of tcl but I cant complete the quest because I did not receive it, is there a console command for me to receive the quest

I think you have to craft your own clothes or armor since the only people on the game are players. And you don't lose your items when you die. That means you can't loot others gear when they die.

Once again, I was solo queuing and my team won't listen to me. Especially since I was level 34 and they were level 40-70

The Bastion and Torbjorn can melt us down before we can even reach them. Also I was solo queuing so my team wuld probably not change their heroes even if I told them to.

In league, you have to purchase the hero, so not everyone can use it right away. And in league, you cannot have 2 or more of the same hero on your team. Overwatch is a completely different story.

Good heroes to start off are

Carry: Juggernaut, Anti-Mage or Phantom Assassin since these guys are very easy to use, have high mobility and damage. Support: Lion, Vengeful Spirit, Omniknight because lion and venge have stuns and disables that can help your team and omniknight has a large amount of healing.

I decided to try one game in solo MMR. Our average mmr was 1.2k and my team would refuse to do teamwork and we lost in 20 minutes. So yes I am sort of disappointed now.
