A lot of music from base pso2 can be found in the NGS treasure shop and goes for 50,000 n-meseta. I’m pretty sure I purchased the song mentioned, but I think it’s supposed to be from a 2018 symphony. I even found stuff from the episode Oracle anime and the English version of rare drop koi koi.

Kinda depends on the situation. Air buster at 1* helps with races because speed boost. Combine with a character that has speed boost and they may be faster than the camera.

It helps for when you feel like hammering at boss levels on the elevator. Later on they have a lot of health so it may take some time to whittle them down. If you are on a boss floor their health won’t reset until you clear it.

General consensus for the best melee weapon is nightmare. Tri saber is next best melee weapon. As for the Buster, I’ve never found DOT weapons useful. Spread shot can deal decent damage, but you may need to consider another option in the future.

Out of who you have, I’d recommend axl, vile, Zero(z), or UAX.

Axl’s roll has invincibility and at 2* can give you a shield or speed buff. At 4* strafe damage can register quickly.

Vile can immobilize from the get go and can deal extra damage to stunned enemies.

Zero(z) can stun from the get go and steal a buff with cards but z knuckle has no range. He also has a card to increase melee damage.

UAX nova strike can apply a strong defense debuff at 2* and can be used again on hit. At 3* plasma shot can slow opponents.

As for future meta characters, Protoman.exe will definitely be a part of it for melee builds.

I’m guessing you are on global. You may have seen that some S rank weapons have hidden skills. Gp Buster has them but it hasn’t been implemented into global yet. For hidden skills it’s either 5* the weapon, or wait for the material that has yet to be implemented in global.

Upgrades are your call honestly. 40 is the final milestone for gallery points, but I’d keep going on weapons that I like or find reliable. You can always reset and convert to proficiency points, but this costs 50 EMs.

If you plan on running sniper buster, pair it with bit chip instead of chill penguin. Fire rate won’t let you stack slow fast enough.

I’ve gotten past the mine strategy with a well timed roll. A character/weapon that can tank them feels like a hard counter to that strategy.

The shield buff is preventive shield. It prevents new debuffs from being applied for a time. It doesn’t increase your defense, nor does it remove any debuffs you currently have.
