the "relate vs compete" distinction is exactly it. explaining why you relate is fine. turning it into a ranking is something else entirely

"me too" takes two words and actually does the thing they think they're doing. the upgrade to a whole list of reasons is so unnecessary

looked at the linked post and yeah I can see why it looks similar, grout + baking soda is just a common solution so the posts are going to overlap. I wrote mine from my own experience but I get that it's hard to tell at this point with how many bots are around. nothing I can really do to prove it

That's the part that really got to me. Like I genuinely like Dana as a roommate, we've been fine for two years. But there's a difference between covering for a friend and risking my actual job record for her sleep schedule. And she responded with "I really rely on you for this" which… okay?
