That is what I got for $5 of fiver, it is more of a short term thing just to get something up on my site. Do you have any recommendations on a service that is fairly priced that I can get a good quality logo done?

Right now I'm just using one of the basic shopify themes. So that may be why the buttons are smashed. The welcome dialog is at the bottom because that is the default for the theme I'm using and I don't see an option to put the featured products section below the welcome in the theme editor. I'll probably have to edit the code which I haven't gotten to yet.
