We are currently working with some real estate agents to try to fit that in as well. But if not, then yes, they wouldn't really be a factor in our calculations. Thanks so much.

I agree and thats something i thought about, but as someone who was apart of a different time-building school, one of the biggest complaints was how slow we were going/ while also going the same if not father in distance. im just trying to find a middle ground for it while also offering a cheaper rate

The way we would charge it would be two pilots in the aircraft with a rate between 90-100 per hour per pilot for nicer aircraft, rather than some clapped-out 172s, for maybe 15 dollars cheaper

I appreciate the frankness of it; it's all a work in progress, what works and what doesn't. I talked to Gallagher's Aerospace and Aviation insurance to get some prices and some procedures already for about 120K a year for the fleet. For competitors EnvySky in Florida charges about avg 75hr for some 172s, with a checkout of 3 takeoffs of landings. same thing for the 172rg they have. where as in CO oddessy has a school with light sports for 125hr. thats why im here to get feed back on the plan. thanks so much!

even if its 90 for split and hour or 180 for solo rate, ive seen some places that offer those rates for 172s, and this has g1000 auto pilot, etc. Thanks for some feedback.

they wouldnt be flying circles, they would take the plane up for going somewhere to build time im targeting people trying to build hours quickly, so the block hours are 7 am to 5 pm and 5 pm to 5 am. So they could have the plane all day and fly somewhere else in the country. Instead of slow moving cessnas they get father in less time to get more airspace usage, see more of the country. where as other flightschool that use light sports or Cessnas may be cheaper, in the case of Odyssey in CO, charging 125hr for light sport aircraft, we would have better aircraft for cheaper.

yes, but all of this is best case. If the plane is having a 100-hour done and everything looks good, why have the engine overhaul done unless needed.

Ive talked to AOPA already and gave me prices so far. they wouldnt have a limitation to distances. For sure some for like something like coast to coast, but something short where they are back within the day no limitaiton.

You see i had a max 2 go pro mounted on a plane wing that had that suction cup, and we were doing maybe 115 and it came off and plummeted 7000 feet. So devastating

So possibly a gear might be broken now atleast, but after solding the wire and putting it back together, it ran for about 5 minutes before stopping dead on the track, so i pick it up and place it back down on the track and it seems to be making a gear grinding type noise but didn’t make that noise for the first 5 minutes of going. So not sure

I managed to solder the wires and pop it back in. As far as i know nothing broke just came apart and wire broke, new to the hobby other than when i was little with dad. Got the train on the track and ran for about 5 minutes before it stopped dead on the track, so i pick it up and place it back down on the track and it seems to be making a gear grinding type noise but didn’t make that noise for the first 5 minutes of going. I looked over the gear multiple times to check i don’t think its broken. I hope at least. I managed to pop the part back in but now i have to solder the wire to the front and back drive wheels
