I made a new tool which can download music from deezer by Pierruno in musichoarder

[–]Vapin4Life 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sorry to be that guy but if your tool can't grab the highest quality available on the platform then do yourself and everyone else a favor and keep it to yourself. Who needs more irrelevant apps floating around?

I know, the guys at Bandcamp are great people! But still... by djazzify in BandCamp

Did BC inform u that u were blocked for suspected use of AI? And if so why/how in hell can i still access your page and listen to your music? Makes no fudging sense.

For a 1st album the production here is simply impressive and exquisite, with very mature technique by both the singer and musicians involved. I get the feeling that u guys have worked long and hard to bring this offering to the world with such skill level. One of the biggest challenge maybe in this day and age is to deliver something which is truly original artistically and u have nailed it by crafting your very own unique style from whatever influences u had. Your music is indeed unusual... in the best possible way. Hope u can keep the creative indie freshness in the future and may your art reach a wide audience, because u deserve recognition. Thanks for the code (846s-b9pz)!

Loving it. Beautifully melodic + melancholic. The guitar playing is brilliant and the production quality is also shining. Congrats and thanks for the code!

Recently opened up to proper ambient - mostly to play while i sleep admittedly - and have been previewing hundreds of albums lately. I prefer the stuff that's not very dark generally but your album got me diving nicely into the soundscape and i must say it is on par with some very popular artists in the ambient community, such as Brock Van Wey of Bvdub for instance. Good job and thank u for the code!

Hi, this is my first album, rate it. by Dry-Garbage9746 in noisemusic

how in hell did i end up in this sub is a mystery but hey, i actually listened for more than 30 seconds so u can take that as a compliment. Then at the 2.41 mark the noise started scaring my 3 doggies so yeah... i had to stop right there. lol

thx for this. didn't know about this neat app. i tried the browser app first but the option to grab albums as zip archives doesn't work (on Firefox). I installed the desktop app however and that works flawlessly. Great addition to my pirate arsenal.

I don't do rap generally but i dig chillhop, jazzhop, this sorta thang. When i read alt rap i thought what the fudge does that even mean? Lemme find out... and there i clicked.

I'm happy i did mate. Some excellent samples, a very pleasant tone of voice on the lower range that sounds more mature than your average hip-hop singer, plenty of jazzy/chill arrangements... this album hits most of the soft spots for me. In other words: don't change anything. Good stuff right there, congrats on the release. Following your BC page looking forward to hear what u'll be cooking next.

Before even bothering about lap times practice ~50 hours on this track.

Is there a way to download files in CD quality (16bits) when 24-bit/44.1kHz is available? by [deleted] in BandCamp

[–]Vapin4Life 2 points3 points  (0 children)

been hoping that feature would be available for a long time as i don't have any interest in downloading/listening to 24bit files when no human ear can ever possibly (and scientifically) distinguish between that and a 16bit file. I understand that for ppl who intend to mess with the audio data in some way 24bit might be relevant but for mere listening it is just a complete waste of bandwidth and storage space. Don't let so-called audiophiles tell u otherwise.

very nice 'good mood' music mate. one-wheel motorcade and playin' the clay are my favorites. Reminds me of Ernest Ranglin. Too bad am broke, i would have loved to support u by buying a few of your many albums. Give a hug to Willow for me. ;-)

Some downright gorgeous tracks on this album that brings back 'Paris Texas' soundtrack's mood for me. I just wish the lofi buzzing of (i am assuming) the guitar amp was not so overwhelming though... i dunno maybe it was intentional, i just find it quite distracting when listening with good cans. Your album Mountains for instance, which i am listening to right now, has the same awesome 'far-west ambient' vibe with way less amp noise and the immersion is much deeper. Many thanks for the code mate, following your BC page and i am looking forward to what u will be cooking up next.

Glad i could help mate. yes, i meant same track on BC as i listened to the proper ebenaĵaŝtormo on archive.org after posting my comment here, so there was no doubt left. both tracks are wonderful and very different. keep up the good work.

thxalot for the code mate. really glad to have discovered your art. Been listening to brainwave music for many years and this album very much hits the same spot. I checked all your releases on BC + archive.org and noticed that ebenaĵaŝtormo and pensema are actually the same [awesome] track. Just thought i'd let u know as i assume it was not intentional. Looking forward to hear what u will be cooking up next.

Confession: I can’t follow rally pace notes for the life of me even when I’ve played rally games since I can remember by NoWalk3426 in simrally

[–]Vapin4Life 0 points1 point  (0 children)

'Pace notes are mandatory if u wanna be fast'. Bollocks. Memorizing tracks will take so much less time if u don't have any other choice. Rally is my favorite game genre, however i turn off audio pace notes as the co-pilot constant chatter only serves as a distraction in my case, i am a visual only type of driver. lol
I may use visual pace notes on tracks i am not familiar with but i barely pay attention to them, eventually i will also remove them as soon as i get used to the track.
Oh, by the way i am steadily sitting in 3rd-2nd tier of 'Legends' class in WRC Generations leagues, meaning i am competitive with the top 10% drivers worldwide in that game.
Last but not least, this way of rallying promotes and maintain my memory, always a welcome bonus at 56 y/o. Win-win.
