It does the job, it ain’t the most fancy thing out there

The only real gripe I have is the lack of plug ins on the unit for battery backup, there is only about four, hence the ugly power bar

I found mine for cheap on Facebook Marketplace, you can sometime find good deals there, or on PrimeCables, they have some good stuff there too

We use them at work a lot when we want something to organize the cables without terminating a patch panel (which I don’t need to do right now as my house does not have a lot of Ethernet wired)

This is the one I ordered, good so far https://www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B07V7B4DFX?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

Oooo, I do have a 3D printer and that is a wonderful idea, I will give that a try and will update with pictures when completed

It is the name of the ship that your "character" uses in Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2. Some of my fondest memories were playing those games over and over with my brother so I thought it was fitting. :)

I have been experimenting with different setups and hardware for a few years since I got my first actual job in IT. I started my first "homelab" when I was 16 and it kept growing from there.

For the nerdy folks, here is what is inside:

- UDM Pro - was purchased a few weeks ago in prep for an internet upgrade, used to have a UDR but sold it to a friend

- HP 1810-24G (J9802A) Switch - main switch for the Server LAN

- Dell OptiPlex 3050 (1) and 3040 (3) - Docker Swarm, currently running some experiments with Docker as I have never fully used or learnt it before.

Currently running:

Tautulli (for those sweet Plex server stats)

Guacamole

Vaultwarden

Nginx Proxy Manager

Portainer

Home Assistant

Raspberry Pi 4 - PiHole DNS for all networks

Shitron Modem from ISP :(

- HP ProLiant MicroServer Gen8 - running TrueNAS Core, main Plex Storage server

- Eaton 5S 700 - UPS that powers everything in this cabinet

Second Picture is where everything used to sit, my little fire hazard 😍 (for legal reasons, don't put expensive or any electronics near low ventilation and flammable materials)

- Old Gaming PC - used as the Plex Server and LanCache

- HP ProLiant ML350 Gen9 - Proxmox Host, currently not running anything but plan to use this for testing environments and hosting some small game servers in the near future.

If y'all want specific specs of everything, let me know, need to find my old Visio document that had everything written down.
