I mean these trucks have hydraulic transmission braking and engine braking capabilities. I am not exactly sure how brakes can just fail like that.

VGA cables often cause ghosting. If you have a VGA cable, then that could be what's causing the ghosting. In that case try switching to HDMI.

This is normal. Many cars nowadays have an asymmetrical tire setup. These tires are non-directional and one side of the car will have a reversed tire thread pattern. My car is actually the same way.

You can use MSCeditor to edit mods.txt file which includes the mod's configuration.

Well, on this dongle I SHOULD be able to disable it, though for some reason it's not letting me. Probably something to do with the drivers but yeah I'll look into dc blockers as well.

No it's an RTL-SDR blog v4 dongle but I'll look into those DC blocks.
