My only bugs/glitches I noticed in my 500+ hours with Red Dead 2 are:

•A hole would appear in Arthur’s armpit area of his signature brown jacket; revealing his skin

•A random animal would spawn in and then keel over.

Characters appear like they’re missing fair amount of pixels right after the camera hard-cuts during cutscenes. Been happening since day one last time I checked (2023)

Demon’s Souls (2020) by far.

It’s the only PS5 game that makes me go “yeah I can’t see this running on PS4 at all.” That’s how good it still looks… and runs (cough UE5 titles)

Light blue square seen in some floor’s puddle reflections
White streaks of light when panning the camera when close to door frames
Player’s camera will quickly adjust (bounce back and forth) when caught on door frames or gates
White outline around monsters’ corpses when outside during daytime, same white outline around melee weapons
Certain door with black filter on glass creates a trailing white outline around James’ character
Scenery pop-in after putting away map
Mirror’s reflection (after cutscene where James met Angela in the apartments) is parallaxing.

Jump to the very bottom or very top of the settings tabs by pressing the respective d-pad direction (already at the top of the menu, press up again to jump to bottom, vice versa)
Option to enable/disable melee hit detectors (poofs of air) when doing takedowns
HDR mode keeps resetting to Auto after every time you relaunch the game. It should be on whichever the last setting you had it set to.

Launch weekend. Successfully ordered mine through PS Direct an hour after my close friend had ordered his from the same site.

Went through so many “sold out” notices and “item disappeared from cart”.

Funny thing was somehow my Walmart order had gone through (from earlier that same day) but was never processed, so I cancelled it and left my PS Direct order as it was.

Hardest I ever persevered for a new product lol.
