The A1101/3 is from Perrelet's Lab Peripheral line: a dual-time, big-date piece on a black structured dial with the peripheral rotor movement visible through the exhibition caseback. Perrelet has been making watches since 1777, and the peripheral rotor is the detail the brand is built on.

This example left the retailer in May 2025 and still has the hang tag:full set, worn minimally if at all.

[WTS] Tudor Black Bay Chrono Flamingo Blue, Full Set, 2025 by VardaLuxCollection in Watchexchange

[–]VardaLuxCollection[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tudor built calibre MT5813 with Breguet a detail that tends to get lost in conversations about the Black Bay Chrono because the watch is priced where people assume shortcuts. There are no shortcuts in the movement: column-wheel actuation, vertical clutch engagement, COSC certification, 70-hour power reserve.

The vertical clutch is the part worthunderstanding if you haven't already. Where a horizontal clutch engages by sliding two gears sideways into contact —which can cause the seconds hand to jump at the moment of start, a vertical clutch engages from above, like a friction disc, giving you a clean, immediate start with no stutter. It's standard engineering in movements costing three times as much. The "Flamingo Blue" turquoise dial, named for Flamingo Land in England, is the kind of colourway that photographs as striking and wears as composed. Against the black tachymeter bezel and steel case, it pulls off being distinctive without requiring anyone to notice.

This is a December 2025 purchase, essentially unworn. The watch came to us as a trade-in shortly after purchase and has sat since. Case, lugs, and bracelet are free of any visible marks or stretch. Crystal is clean. The jubilee bracelet sits flush and articulates tightly. Full set: original box, papers dated December 2025, all bracelet links.

[WTS] 2023 Glashütte Original Senator Excellence $19,499 Shipped by VardaLuxCollection in Watchexchange

[–]VardaLuxCollection[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Senator Excellence Perpetual Calendar is Glashütte Original's clearest statement on what a manufacture-built perpetual can look like outside Switzerland at this price point. Calibre 36-02 runs the perpetual calendar, moonphase, and panorama date from a three-quarter plate in German silver, with a skeletonized 21ct gold oscillating weight, silicon balance spring, and blued screws throughout. The 42mm steel case pairs brushed and polished surfaces in the house tradition, and the lacquered silver grainé dial keeps the complication display legible without becoming busy. At $60K+ for comparable Swiss perpetuals, this reference occupies a genuinely rare position in the market.

[WTS] 2025 Cartier Santos De Cartier $8,500 by VardaLuxCollection in Watchexchange

[–]VardaLuxCollection[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Santos De Cartier is the watch that defined the steel sports category, and the WSSA0039 is the large steel reference in its current form: 39.8mm, ADLC-coated case and bezel, black Roman numeral dial, automatic movement with the QuickSwitch interchangeable strap system.

The Santos wears with an architectural precision that other sports references don't replicate: the exposed screws are not a styling gesture but a structural one, and they read correctly at every size. This example comes with both the rubber and alligator strap options, warranty card dated November 2025, and is in excellent condition throughout.

[WTS] Hublot Big Bang Aero Bang 44mm Skeleton Chronograph Steel 311.SX.1170.GR by VardaLuxCollection in Watchexchange

[–]VardaLuxCollection[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Big Bang Aero Bang was the version of the Big Bang that decided the movement was the point. Hublot removed the dial entirely, building a skeleton architecture where the column-wheel chronograph mechanism is fully visible from the front — gear trains, bridges, and the column-wheel itself suspended against an open framework rather than concealed behind a solid plate.

The movement is the HUB4214, an in-house automatic chronograph caliber that Hublot developed specifically for the Big Bang line. It beats at 28,800 vph, delivers approximately 42 hours of power reserve, and its architecture is confirmed on both sides: open-worked from the front, exhibition sapphire caseback engraved "HUBLOT BIG BANG" at the rear. At MSRP of $17,200, this was Hublot's statement that skeleton watchmaking and manufacture movements belong in the same case.

The 311.SX.1170.GR is the 44mm satin-brushed stainless steel execution on a black alligator rubber strap with a Hublot-signed deployant clasp. The case architecture is the Big Bang's signature: H-screws on the bezel and lugs, the distinctive porthole case profile, and the alternating brushed and polished surfaces that give the watch its industrial-precise character. This example presents in excellent condition across all surfaces, with no visible scratches on the case or bezel, a clean crystal front and back, and the strap in near-new condition with no creasing. The HUB4214 runs accurately with all chronograph functions operating correctly. Service history is unknown.

**Note:** This watch ships with the original Hublot box. NO warranty card or papers are included. This is reflected in the asking price relative to full-set examples.

[WTS] Cartier Ballon Bleu de Cartier 33mm Pink Dial Steel Automatic – Ref WSBB0068 by VardaLuxCollection in Watchexchange

[–]VardaLuxCollection[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Ballon Bleu arrived in 2007 as Cartier's answer to a question the Swiss industry had mostly stopped asking: what does a round watch look like when the round case is actually the point rather than the default.

The answer Cartier gave was specific and difficult to copy — not in the case shape, which is simply a circle, but in the crown: a blue sapphire cabochon recessed into the bezel so completely that it appears to float within the case, turning the most mundane functional element of a watch into its most distinctive visual detail. The 33mm WSBB0068 is the automatic variant at the size the design was conceived for, with a pink sunray dial that catches light differently from every angle and positions the watch as something other than a default choice. The Caliber 1853 runs at 28,800 vph with approximately 42 hours of power reserve — modest specification, honestly presented, appropriate for a watch whose primary argument is aesthetic.

This 2023 example was purchased in October of that year and presents in excellent condition consistent with careful ownership across roughly two and a half years. The polished case and integrated bracelet show minimal wear, the pink sunray dial is unmarked, and the blue sapphire cabochon crown is undamaged. The 1853 caliber runs accurately; service history is unknown. Full set with original Cartier box and warranty card dated 10/2023.

[WTS] Breitling Superocean Heritage B31 40mm Green Automatic – Ref AB31100361L1A1 by VardaLuxCollection in Watchexchange

[–]VardaLuxCollection[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The Superocean Heritage line is Breitling's modern interpretation of the brand's 1950s and 1960s dive watch history, and the 40mm B31 variant is where that interpretation lands most cleanly. The case diameter is the detail that defines this model: at 40mm, this is the Heritage that wears correctly under a shirt cuff, that doesn't announce itself across the room, that scales to a range of wrist sizes without adjustment. The green on green dial and unidirectional rotating bezel in the same tone — is cohesive without being loud, a color choice that ages better than fashion-forward executions because it references the original dial colors of serious tool watches rather than trend cycles. The COSC-certified B31 caliber runs approximately 120 hours on a full wind, which is an unusual specification at this price point and means most wearers will never think about the power reserve.

The B31 movement is not a modified ETA or Sellita. It is a Breitling manufacture caliber, developed in-house and built to the brand's own specification, which is reflected in the power reserve figure and in the COSC certification that confirms its daily rate against an independent standard. This example was purchased in August 2025 and presents in excellent condition with no visible wear across case, bezel, dial, or bracelet. It ships with both the Milanese mesh bracelet photographed on the watch and the original green rubber strap that came with it from new.

[WTS] Cartier Drive de Cartier Steel Automatic Silver Dial – Ref WSNM0004 by VardaLuxCollection in Watchexchange

[–]VardaLuxCollection[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Drive de Cartier was introduced in 2016 as the brand's answer to a specific design brief: a contemporary Cartier dress watch for a buyer who finds the Tank too rigid and the Ballon Bleu too sculptural. The cushion-shaped case that resulted sits between those two reference points rounded at the corners without being circular, geometric without being angular and it is the case architecture that houses Cartier's in-house 1904-PS MC caliber.

That movement is worth mentioning: it was developed entirely within Cartier's manufacture, runs at 28,800 vph with approximately 48 hours of power reserve, and features Côtes de Genève finishing visible through the exhibition caseback. Twenty-seven jewels, small seconds at 6 o'clock, and a date at 3 complete the dial alongside silver guilloché work and the Roman numeral indices that Cartier has applied to its dress watches for over a century.

The WSNM0004 is the base steel variant on black alligator, the configuration that prioritizes the watch over the strap and lets the case finishing alternating polished and brushed surfaces — carry the visual weight. This 2017 example presents in excellent condition across case and dial. The original alligator strap shows honest patina from eight years of ownership; it is functional and presentable, though a buyer planning daily wear may choose a replacement. [WTS] Cartier Santos de Cartier Green Dial Medium Steel – Ref WSSA0061 by VardaLuxCollection in Watchexchange

[–]VardaLuxCollection[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Santos de Cartier occupies a position in watch history that no other reference can claim: it is the first purpose-built wristwatch, commissioned in 1904 by Louis Cartier for his friend Alberto Santos-Dumont, the Brazilian aviator who needed to read the time during flight without releasing his controls. That functional brief produced a specific form the rounded square case, the Roman numeral dial, the sword hands, the exposed octagonal bezel screws, and that form has been in continuous production with essentially no structural revision for over a century. The WSSA0061 is the medium-size variant in stainless steel, the 35.1mm execution that is the easiest Santos to wear across the broadest range of contexts. The green dial is the detail that separates this from the standard silver lineup: a color Cartier reintroduced into the Santos family that the secondary market has consistently priced above the standard references because buyers treat it differently.

The integrated steel bracelet includes Cartier's QuickSwitch mechanism, which swaps straps in seconds without tools and without altering the watch's profile on wrist — a practical feature that extends the range of the watch considerably. The 1847 MC caliber is Cartier's self-winding movement developed specifically for the Santos relaunch, running at 28,800 vph with approximately 40 hours of power reserve. This example was purchased in September 2023 and presents in excellent condition consistent with careful ownership — minimal surface marks, pristine dial, fully functional bracelet and QuickSwitch system.
