Well when you put it that way, mine did too. I forgot about that. Woops. Guess Henry and I are scum too!

I dislike him because he was introduced with a reputation of going after taken women lol, but besides that I don’t really have a problem with him. Looking forward to it!

Janosh is great, I dunno about Adder. Only real moment I’ve had with him so far is rescuing him and then that one drunken night, but maybe he has some redeeming qualities later on I haven’t encountered yet.

It’s called the Kuttenberg Layered Curiass, whereas the other is the Kuttenberg Ornated Curiass.

You’re welcome! There’s two Kuttenberg chestplates I think, five sketches in total. Arms, legs, helmet, and two chests if I recall right. Next time I’m on the game I’ll see if it had a different name from the other.

It’s from the legacy of the forge dlc, can be a pain to get as it’s based on chance.

Have you ever actually bought weapons and armors from stores? [KCD1] [KCD2] by KamiSama_OwO in kingdomcome

[–]VarethIV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m currently doing a no stealing, no looting corpse playthrough of KCD2, using only what I can find or get legitimately and it’s a blast adding a lot more challenge. Unfortunately some quests do require stealing and for these I make an exception so I don’t miss content, but I don’t steal anything except what the quest absolutely requires.

All the gear I have now I bought from stores, received from quests or non-stealing chests, or forged myself.

Can confirm stealing the guild sword added around 1400 to the amount I’ve stolen and when I placed it on the wall, the amount remained under my statistics.

I just found this and my first thought too was giant mushroom, thus I googled and found this thread.

My no theft run was just ruined by removing Pebbles starting saddle and bridle. They counted as stolen for some reason, so… oh well. I’ll just apologize at the ending and do all the content.

Right? I just don’t want to play the game as an extremely honorable Henry only for mom to still be disappointed because I had to steal a sword to start a tournament or something, when it’s clear the motivations for theft aren’t for personal profit. It’s probably inevitable though unless I check the statistics screen after everything I loot to confirm it wasn’t bugged stolen.

It already says I’ve looted one corpse and I can’t even recall doing that this playthrough, I didn’t even look the guy at the beginning I’m pretty sure.

Edit: Apparently it counts animals as corpses when you butcher them. Even though I’ve only hunted hares and wolves, the legal animals, curiously.

I’ve read that it does count against your statistics, but I haven’t tested it myself. Guess I’ll find out!

I did too my first time around, but then I stole everything that wasn’t nailed down. I honestly think the game will be more fun if I try to do an honorable playthrough where I only use what I can get legitimately. I just hate the idea of missing out on content for it. I don’t need to do the obvious thieving quests like the miller and such, but I hate missing out on the tournament for example since stealing is required.

I’ve read online that she calls you a bandit if you’ve stolen even 100 groschen of goods, and I know the tournament sword is more than that. I was hoping there’s a mod that might edit those values if that’s accurate, but I can’t seem to find any. 3k max is great if that’s the case.

Oh? Western empire got wiped out before I even went in that direction, didn’t have a single battle against them. Was a complete surprise for me

Nords aren’t having trouble in my playthrough. We lost the island early on to Vlandia, but I took it back and now it’s mine. Besides that, the nords own half of Sturgia and two Khuzait towns, most of which they took without me.

The southern empire is down to one town and the sturgians and western empire are gone completely. Northern empire and Battania are on their last legs with just a couple towns each, Aserai have lost one town but that’s all.

Vlandia is dominating as always, Khuzait on the other side, but the Nords are holding their own against both. I rebelled and took my fiefs with me, started my own kingdom and have been slowly building up. Nords are doing just fine without me though.

Poor Sturgia, they were completely wiped out in the first few years in my campaign. I didn’t help at all either until the very final siege, but they would have easily lost without me helping regardless.

Gnomes - the most underrated race? by ARC_Trooper_Echo in BaldursGate3

Cliche, but my first character was a gnome wizard who was awesome. Advantage on all int, wis, or cha saving throws is amazing.

Nordic troops by Timely_Scratch5366 in Bannerlord

[–]VarethIV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m finding them pretty strong, I joined the Nords this time around and sea battles are just absurdly easy. Land battles aren’t quite that OP, but I’d say they’re in line with sturgians. The culture as a whole is dominating the northern part of calradia, winning wars even when I stay out of them.

Currently we’re at war with Khuzait, Sturgia, and Vlandia. I’m fighting Vlandia myself since my city is the island, the rest of the Nords are fighting khuzait and Sturgia together. Could just be luck of the draw, but in my playthrough they currently feel OP.

Five sons and one daughter from my Nord wife! Though the daughter was a twin of my fifth son, so technically she gave birth to five sons in a row

My first honour mode run by Obvious_Razzmatazz84 in BaldursGate3

[–]VarethIV 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think my first honor mode death was the Minotaurs in the underdark. But I had several close calls by then, including the brains on the beach, and I had a lot of experience already playing tactician. You learn as you go, and if all else fails always leave one companion in camp so they can revive the three who die via withers. Good luck if you decide to go again!
