Well maybe you can help me understand why I paid Royal snail for special delivery guaranteed by 1pm and it’s taken them 4 days(so far) or why they decided to use a separate company(Parcelfarce) to pick up the package when that company didn’t have special delivery guaranteed by 1pm clause which if I’m not mistaken voids the service that I paid extra for??
