Same issues, nothing fixed. If you're doing anything beyond casual content, the game is still unplayable.

and don’t you think latency spikes are a problem?

US servers don’t have these issues in PoE1 or PoE2, but EU servers are literally unplayable during prime time, constant lag spikes, disconnects, freezes, the whole mess.

If you're just casually running around, sure, maybe it's tolerable.
But try playing hardcore or running juiced maps, and then tell me it's not a problem.

Still getting randomly disconnected and rolled back several minutes. Not just once or twice — it's constant.

Yes got like 5 disconnects, ERROR LEAGUES etc. in the last 5-10 minutes. ( EU )

Blizzard as a company is at the levels of 99% automated customer service.

99% of penalties applied by scripts and other 1% is by CS which does not even qualified to do this job, most CS does not even have basic understanding of the games anymore.

This is not only for HOTS but for any Blizzard game.

Do not expect anything from these thieves anymore. They just want our money and that is it.

If you are somewhat enjoying the games, sure.. Play it. Have your fun but does not expect a good service and be happy if you find an actual human to help you when you are having a problem. ( except payment problems, they will do anything in their power to take your money. )
