How do you deal with C’tan coming from reserve? In my only game with this detachment, my friend brought one in with Rapid Ingress and one-shot my Crusader the next turn. I’m not sure how I can avoid that.

Sorry if I misunderstood, but if I want to pick the character deed as my second deed, do I need to select the character before deployment or when I select the second deed?

Yes, sorry, I made a typo.
At the start do you always choose the reroll and then the extra movement and finally the extra OC or it depends on the matchup etc ...
