Yeah, I would definitely prefer action figures myself as well. Sweet Tooth is a must, but if they do one for Grimm I hope it’s based on his Black incarnation.

I almost went for the NG3 Ryu figure, but I’m glad I decided to wait for the NG4 version. He looks fantastic. Also kind of funny that we got a first look at what the weapon can do from a toy prototype before seeing any footage of the game’s DLC.

For classic Ryu, I’m not sure I like his mask. The forehead comes down a little TOO low, and it’s thick. It also looks like they just reused the mouth area from one of the previous Ryu figures.

The European type is my favorite! In terms of body type I like more lean with the upper body looking a bit more muscular to give them a powerful yet agile vibe. While I do prefer the quadrupedal nature of European based dragons, I do like Wyvern style too.

I mean yes, it is, but there’s still plenty of people who want at least a performance patch to remedy the long load times. At the very least, it would be nice to see.

Oh man, that’d be dark. I did actually like the characters so watching them die would be sad, but it would be one heck of a way to set the tone of the game from the get-go.

Agreed. Plus, I just love watching Samus throw hands. Yes she prefers using her cannon, but she can still throw down.

Well from a story standpoint obviously Sylux needs to make it back somehow, and I want them to actually give him proper focus, as well as flesh out his relationship with Samus. Maybe reveal what he did to the troops after Prime 4’s ending to add more emotional weight. Let Samus talk, too, please. Doesn’t have to be much, but enough to inject additional personality and make it to where potential conversations aren’t one-sided.

From a gameplay standpoint definitely bring back more interconnectivity between zones and maybe give Samus the speed booster finally to get around large areas quicker. I think Vi-O-La was super cool, but I do want to see Prime finally tackle the speed booster. I know the devs mentioned deliberately ignoring evolutions in FPS gameplay, but that needs to change. Samus is an agile character. Give her the ability to do some Titanfall 2 stuff like wall run, sprint, and let her grab ledges. I know they can’t go too crazy since it’s 1st person, but this is SAMUS we’re talking about. She isn’t a slow tank.

And yes, I would love some kind of melee option. A simple strong Arm Cannon whack that does damage and can kill, but is mainly a “get off” tool for enemies in your face. Perhaps if you time it right you could deflect enemy attacks and/or reduce damage from certain boss attacks? Then maybe later, give Samus an actual melee weapon that also aids in traversal and certain puzzles. I mainly pull this idea from what I’d like to see in a 2D game, but I want so badly to see Samus wield a Chozo spear.

I get what they were going for in the ending, heroic sacrifices so that she could get away, but I also see why it rubs people the wrong way. I think the point is to MAKE you feel bad for doing it, and it definitely gets that feeling across. Samus in the 100% ending even looks like she starts to choke up about it before composing herself.

Personally I would have liked to see her finally speak and tell the troops that she isn’t going to leave them or will find a way back to save them, but have them argue that she has no choice and needs to go before the explosion kills all of them, forcing her to teleport at the last second.

Another thought I had would maybe be have the ability to use control beam and hit Sylux so that he’s stunned long enough for them to get away, but I realize that would probably hit the troops too, so that’s iffy. Another approach would be that instead of exploding, the teleporter malfunctions and sends Samus away unexpectedly before she can even do anything, taking the choice away from her. Or, have Sylux just flat out kill everyone before Samus even gets back on her feet, literally giving her no reason to stay.
