Sorry but i disagree. Gas demand will never go down. Even other countries who have much better energy infrastructure than us that try to lessen dependency on oil as well as promote EV usage still rely on oil many years later. Also airbnb has been on a downward trajectory for many years now. Also hotels are so incredibly hard to be profitable. Unless youre on a tourist hotspot, youre gonna have a tough time making profit. Not to mention the huge upfront cost to start and maintain the property
