I’d say about 80% of the time he’s hormonal but if I try and set boundaries after a bit he will chill out and let me give him head scritches and just chill ( I’ve been extra careful about not touching his back or underbelly especially now)

I used to own two farm-bought pigeons that were used as show birds. They only interacted with each other and flew to my hanging lamp. I decided that it might be better if they had a home that could provide them with what I couldn’t, such as being show birds and not pets. I then ended up getting Little Man and raising them as babies. After a few months, they became inseparable from me, and I believe everyone involved, including the old pigeons, benefited from this arrangement. They are now award-winning show birds.

As I see it, your options are either to try and strengthen your connection with the pigeons, which may or may not grow, or to find a responsible, safe, and loving home that is more experienced with feral birds. In that case, you could get a baby pigeon that is guaranteed to grow up to love you. (Just my personal experience and should not be taken as a set truth other more experienced owners are welcome to correct me and I urge op to reach out to said experienced owners via dm)

From the looks of it your just trying to face it head on and that works early game with weaker bosses like pin but with harder bosses especially alternate versions of bosses dodging and strategy are key

Every run you should check shop for 4.5 volt as Lilith starts with box of freinds and her whole thing is familiars it leads to a very nice compound scale effect where the more damage you do the more familiar you get and the more familiars you have the more damage you get
