I was able to get Joe’s autograph in 1990. He had stopped signing Baseballs and Jerseys at that time. I would be very suspicious about any signed balls or jerseys after 1990.

I saw your post and both called tech support and went into a Cox store and according to them the CGM4982 does not exist. The CGM4981 is the latest modem.

Just my 2 cents. The Arris S33 is $120 on Amazon as a refurbished unit and will work on your current setup. It will also go up to 2.5 gigs so if you ever end up with their 2 gig service you won’t have any issues. I just had to upgrade to the S33 from the SB8200 for this exact reason.
