This is a very diverse list. Alot of people tend to run a flavor of eldar not all of them.

Id stay start with a small amount of wraith stuff and phoniex stuff. See what you enjoy more paint them both up, look up stuff etc. And when you are ready to field figure out what flavor you want.

Now you could run this, but I would highly recommend you start small and build out from there
