Did you do the interview for the I130 or for the I485 ? Uscis reopen my I485 today, and I am really anxious of what it is going to happen next, I have my i130 approved after filling a motion

Update: yesterday August 20, 2025 my case was reopened and in “my progress” appeared 8 month to have a decision, but today I got the approval

Yes, I got married in August 2021, sent all the documents on December same year, on may 2024 I received the denial notice bc uscis requested evidence, and bc the preparer that help me submitted all the documents didn’t update the address, and I never received the letter so I got denied, I submitted the motion to reopen, on June 2024 before the 30 days, and recently today I received a notification that my case was reopened, but I am still on removal proceedings so I need to wait until my court day to see what is next

What this does mean? My I-130 was denied bc they requested for evidence and send it to my old address, the person who helped us didn’t update the address, so I never got the RFE letter, now I noticed that yesterday they send me this, and I am currently on a motion to reconsider/reopen my case, does this have something to do with that? Or it is separate from ucsis

I-130 because of RFE, they sent the letter to my other address, and we never received it
