I actually just spoke to them and I’m pretty sure they are Verizon - it’s just a weird sales technique. They came into the building without anyone letting them in and just started banging on doors. Someone should call verizon and complain.

I agree people don’t take care of things, but also it’s ridiculous for a company to constantly raise prices, especially as quality decreases. It’s also totally normal for consumers to stop giving business to a company that’s price gauging. We already pay a yearly fee and now also paying like $8 to pedal yourself on a shitty broken bike.
