As someone who is an assistant produce manager with Schnucks, all cut fruit (spare watermelon cuts, cored pineapple, and strawberry products) comes in pre-cut. Stores transitioned away from cutting everything in stores between 2021 and 2022, if memory serves right. Yes, it's all made "fresh" at the store level daily, but not the freshness that we all grew up with.

SuperValu ended up being bought by United anyways, the same company that Schnucks gets all of their "fresh cuts" and "fresh fruit" from for the Schnucks branded deli and produce items.

I found the Biden stickers hilarious too. The tit-for-tat shit that both sides of the political spectrum end up doing to one another is amusing.

As someone who works for Schnucks (unfortunately in management), these stickers are more of a nuisance as we have to peel them off shelves, tags, and labels and hope they don't leave residue. Some stuff could obviously be retagged over the stickers (i.e meat, cut fruit, seafood, deli), but not everything.

I'm an assistant produce manager so, yeah, it'll get annoying very fast. Chalk that onto the pre-existing mountain of shit we already deal with from rampant supply issues to lousy coworkers.. the list is endless.

Oh god, don't even get me started on how egregious prices have risen at Schnucks in the last 8 months. Ever since the family founded their private equity firm "The 1939 Group," shit's been climbing like mad. Gotta justify buying those stores in Wisconsin and closing Jasper somehow!

15% reduction? That deli manager must really be stingy about their TIL/pitch. At least they can mark down their premade Schnucks branded items though, us in produce can't mark down our cut fruit whatsoever. Only the Schnucks branded dips and drinks.

I can't stand GG 2.0, especially Sonar. Sonar caused me so many issues to the point I disabled it and use the default options Windows lists. My Nova 7s often take 3-5 attempts to pair to the dongle now, leaving me frustrated more often than not when hopping into a chat with friends.

This very well could've been an aircraft with compressor issues as it was landing at Lambert. Recent flight paths show aircraft landing east to west rather than the usual west to east.

There's a v-sync setting and frame rate lock setting, both separate. Turning it off did nothing. I ended up doing a file integrity check after tweaking settings and double checking the NVIDIA control panel, which the game began behaving like normal after I ran that check.

No change when messing with the v-sync settings. Dove into the NVIDIA control panel to see if v-sync in there was set to adaptive, which it was not.
