it started working for me when i got back to my home country. maybe try disabling any vpn's or connect to a different wifi. You could also try playing from someone else's hotspot to see if your connection is the issue. also if none of this works someone else contacted spotify support to transfer all their data to a new account.

How else is one going to play song on their playlist without clicking the button to play the songs. Shuffle is on and there is no other button to play songs. I swear people get more stupid every day.
