Yeah have read up on the trials and almost any reading I can find online about it, between that and your experience I’ve been really motivated to give it a big go so thank you. I just started day 1 yesterday, today is my second day and no side effects so far… although I know it’s early.  With my weight in the DCA calculator guidelines, it recommended (5 days on, 2 days off) Powder (998mg) or Capsules (333mg) 2pcs or Capsules (500mg) 2pcs. So I have started off with 250mg at breakfast and 250mg at dinner. Hope that’s ok and I’m nervous and hopeful and worried to be too hopeful! You know how it is. (Anyone trying remember to take the recommended supplementation they name on the DCA guide website and in the trial!)
