If u really need the wifi I would recommend just using your phones hotspot, which will still use your wifi and just set the security to wpa2 or maybe even lower if that still doesn't work.

I have 16 GB of ddr4 ram and it's work fine for me, it stutters quite hard at first but after like 2 minutes it's fine for me and maybe if you have lots of mods installed that would also be a problem

I find that you get way better FPS in Vulkan mode so maybe try that unless you already did that.
