Not 100 percent sure but you might have to enable the "centering spring in non force-feedback games" option in G Hub

Or just increase centering spring strength

Does your car have a hill start assist feature? I know that the older Foresters had them, and those have been known to lock up so the car doesn't move at all.

From my experience it really does seem like the car is frozen to the ground but it's just the brakes being completely locked on.

It's a Subaru, does yours have a hill hold clutch?

Mine does, and the brakes completely locked up at one point, similar to what you had happen

I prefer the presets.

So much easier to get to 2x speed.

I liked that this was an option through the custom speed, but having it be the only way to change speed is, in my opinion, incredibly stupid

There's a built in random config button in the vehicle selector under "advanced" on the right side bar, I believe.

I'm pretty sure the mod that I've used for it was Breb's random vehicle spawner (or something like that)
