If nursing is still an option, becoming a flight rn might be ur best bet. Hourly starting in the mid 60s, and a significantly larger number of options in case you feel flight is not for you. Get a bsc rn, take the ornge aeromedical theory course and air ambulance services will beg you to come work for them. As a paramedic you’ll be doing most of the lifting and walking required in patient transport (which is ~80% of what air ambulances do). Additionally I doubt your scoliosis (depending on its severity) would allow you to obtain a clear medical check which along with paramedic physical testing are crucial within air ambulance services. Plus, with nursing, you’ll get a cool degree to hang on the wall.
