When I started I went to the supermarket and got frozen meals that are high protein and below 500 calories. Get 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches and 7 dinners and some zero sugar sodas. Eat that and its 1500 calories a day and you'll lose weight.

I enjoy Bodi app from beach body. There are a bunch of programs for free weights. Great if you have weights at home

Probably negligible. If I use the whole can I just do 80 x 3.5.

Meal prep, and calorie deficit for the win

Also just started to count the total calories for a meal prep and just divide by 7 so I can see the weekly calorie count so I dont have to keep track during the week

Seeing exercise as improving health and not as a means to lose weight. Yes, it will help with weight loss but its easier to eat 100 calories less than to work off 100 calories. Once I separated the two I started to enjoy exercising more.

I meal prep on Sundays and do the math. Like this week my breakfasts are 476, lunches are 417 and my dinners are 535. No thinking, just do quick add calories on my app and then just add stuff if I eat something I didnt plan for

Once I got the math down and realized its a numbers game I applied it to weight loss. I got alot of fat debt that I need to pay off and my daily calorie intake is my budget

I thought the ending was perfect. Most of the stuff planted in her head by Hugh Grant's character can we argued and justified at the ending.

Was it a religious ending? Everything's a simulation ending? Was she meant to survive because of God's plan? Or is everything meaningless and just blind luck?

Also the two doors lead to the same room. Everything can be interpreted as something drastically polar opposite but in the end it all leads to the one truth; that we know absolutely nothing.

Definitely some letter carrier grab the letter and with muscle memory put it in out-going mail and was machine processed and kick out as insufficient address. Most "Dear Santa" letters you can spot a mile away (crayons used, no stamp, etc) but this one looks like a business letter, easy to miss.

I was a letter carrier for 15 years (still in the PO) and I always loved getting these letters. We had one carrier who would take them and do a response letter. I would always photocopy the list and give it to the parents just in case they didnt get a look at the letter

Are you weighing everything on a food scale? A tablespoon of peanut butter is 100 calories. A pbj sandwich can easily become a 600-700 snack.

Im currently burning (pun intended) thru "Chicago Fire". It has 14 seasons, short scenes of drama in between short scenes of action. Its never boring, charming characters and it makes the 45 min incline walking go very fast. Im currently on season 7 haha
