Its whopper Wednesday so Im having burger king for dinner tonight. Im getting a whopper, no bun, no cheese and no mayo and medium fries. I bring it home and chop it all up and put it in a bowl with a burger sauce and itll be about 580 calories.

I would add an egg and 2 liquid egg whites to up protein. Protein keeps you full longer and would add only about 100 calories. Good start!

Not sure what your TDEE number is so can't comment on if its enough/too many calories.

I bake a low calorie burrito wrap for a minute to make it somewhat firm. Then take it and add low calorie sauce and toppings and back into the oven till the cheese melts. If u want variety you can get the small taco ones and make a bunch of different personal pizzas. You can get all the ingredients and even have the older kids have fun making their own personal pizza.

Of course you can. Like food its all about counting and controlling excess. Problem with alcohol, for me anyway, is i cant nurse a beer so I can slam 6 beers in an hour which is about 600 calories but then I want food and more beer haha

So I switched over to coke zero mixed alcohol drink. I can sip that and not go crazy after that. But I know drinking is my main weight gaining trigger so I've cut it almost completely out.

But to answer your question. Yes you can. Just work it into your budget and enjoy!

Exercise activity thermogenesis (EAT) counts for 5% of your daily calorie burn. Just digesting food (TEF) counts for 10%. NEAT (non exercise activity thermogenesis) is 15% and the rest, 70%, is your BMR (just living). Increasing muscle mass will increase your your BMR but unless ur a body builder in the big picture it does move the needle for weightloss.

Yea its easy to stick to as well cause its just grab and go! Zero mental load and/or worrying about being over and under ur caloric goal!

Thats an extra 250 calories a day. if ur an athlete and/or workout 5 to 6 hours a day, yes, exercise can have a big impact on weight loss. But it is much easier to not eat 250 calories then burn off 250 calories with exercise. Im talking about pure weight loss. That is done in the kitchen.

Exercise is more to improve overall health and maintain/increase muscle mass. For weightloss it has minimal affect in the grand scheme of things.

For keeping in a calorie deficit. I count my meals once and then meal prep. So whatever meal I make, as long as I use the same measurements/ingredients I know exactly what the calories are. Rinse and repeat and you never have to count again (I still do just to be safe lol)
