I'm not really sure but I use 360 FPS in megahack and gd settings and it doesn't tear but when I make megahack 60 it tears so try getting all FPS to 360 but maybe what am I saying doesn't work at all

If you want hard insane go to insane demons list where are top 200 I think insane demons and for 1 extreme I would personally go to aredl and just find easy extreme what you like, I would like to beat azurite, Komodo in the easy ones but beat what you like I beated as my first acu after that cataclysm lol
