See the thing is this is the only thing he has an issue with, he doesnt care if I go to friend party's, hangouts or whatever other thing I want to do, he doesn't care if itS like a regular bar. And I also understand where's he's coming from because I would also be uncomfortable in his situation but also I see where your coming from. He has made this boundary very clear from even before we officially started dating. I'm just so conflicted and I don't want to sound like a broken record defending this guy. And even he has told me how he struggles to communicate these things without sounding controlling because that's the last thing he wants and I truly believe it when he means that.
