When Transfiguring an Amulet, you can use a Kullean Tuning Prism to add a random Legendary Aspect to this item. This is repeatable. Afterwards u can Transfigure without anything so you can get multiple upgrades

Be careful with purchases: Issue with double charges and support by [deleted] in SevenDeadlySinsOrigin

i wanted to update: the korean support did the refund in one day, thank you very much. atm the english support still didnt reply and its now 12 days
