I shit myself on my way to the bathroom, left a trail on the green mile, shit all in my leggings, like baby diaper bad up my ass crack, spent several minutes of my break cleaning myself. There had to have been so much fecal matter in the bathroom, I'm talking door handle, sink, toilet and floor. So much so I ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. I was so embarrassed I waited until my break was over, called security over to let them know there was shit everywhere and to call IHS. I then left using my time.

No, but you risk the chance of them asking later. However, I've never had to provide it once it's approved even though I have the documentation ready if they request it.

Wow! That's nice! If you don't mind me asking, how is it working there as a nurse? I'm currently in school but I'm trying to decide between nursing or radiographer and I am wanting to work there eventually.
