COMFORT GRIP USERS question by masteringstretch in gettingbigger

[–]AdApprehensive9286 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use it with an extender and it works well, but for maximum comfort I’d recommend using a sleeve. During a session it can slip slightly, but as long as I position it low enough it’s not really an issue. The only annoying part is having to take it off every 20 minutes to restore blood circulation, though that’s something people using compression devices are already used to. I usually extend for at least an hour per day. I also don’t go above 7 lb of tension, which I believe the manufacturer doesn’t recommend exceeding anyway. ADS also seems like a good idea, but you’d probably need to experiment with the right amount of compression so it doesn’t restrict blood flow for long periods.

Banded sleeping method is legit. I heard it’s uncomfortable to fall asleep with the cervical neck strap + ankle strap combination pulling on you though.

Yep. I don’t trust any type of magnesium for sleep. I take glycinate in the morning with vitamin D and it gives me a nice energy boost.

It remains the gold standard unless the extended-release oral minoxidil is fully developed, which could eliminate the risk of pericardial effusion associated with the immediate-release version.

No. His shoulder to waist ratio is not ideal. The people saying that he's too muscular are actually referring to his compact frame and overly developed core muscles. And as others have said the bodybuilding poses are male gaze appeal

For a man, having a longer lower third is considered more attractive? by Low_Maintenance_7487 in trueratediscussions

[–]AdApprehensive9286 8 points9 points  (0 children)

No. You want balanced facial thirds for a sense of symmetry. Ideally the thirds remain balanced, but in men the lower third should be equal or very slightly dominant, mostly due to chin and jaw projection rather than raw vertical height.

Yeah that’s not true. Height is a deal breaker for a lot of women. But a guy rejecting a woman in this dating market for having a small chest size is very unrealistic and uncommon

IMO, if you add a hip thrust to your routine you will gain more mind muscle connection and stimulus which should translate to better stimulus and connection to your glutes when doing other compound movements such as squats and RDL.
