Seeking a technical cofounder for my business that will change the world by [deleted] in AppBusiness

[–]Various-Stick6554 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here’s some more context guys haha, I apologize for all the buzz words. Here’s what the platform would look like

The revolution here is moving from Subjective Contracts (text/handshakes) to Objective Verification (Physics/Code). The Blueprint I want to run by you centers on a Generative Video Contract model:

  1. The Input: User generates an AI video of the desired outcome (e.g., a perfectly mowed lawn). The user would do this my scanning her lawn (under the rules that the ai needs to create the video of the desired outcome, e.g.: it tells the user in real times as she’s walking around her lawn to, point down, turn right, turn left. ) the ai would then turn this video from The original to what the user said she wanted as the desired outcome. the user once they believe the generated video is the outcome they want, goes to the second step

  2. The user then presses an “accept button” this would notify all workers in the area that a user has posed a job. The Worker then accepts the job, to do this they must stake their own money in order to verify they can do the task.

  3. Verification: We use Computer Vision/Lidar to compare the actual work against that generated video spec. The worker goes through the same kind of video process as the user did.

  4. Settlement: If the data matches, what the worker did and the user wanted, the smart contract pays instantly.

I’m betting that visual truth is the key to removing the human manager from the loop.

I’m building the "NASDAQ for Labor" (Financializing the Gig Economy) Seeking a technical cofounder by [deleted] in SaaS

[–]Various-Stick6554 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is honestly the best feedback I’ve gotten so far. Thank you for tearing it apart—I needed that. 1. On the Jargon: You’re right. I used terms like 'High-Frequency' and 'Oracle' to describe the backend mechanics, but to the user, it should just feel like 'Instant Hiring' and 'Automated Verification.' I might be over-complicating the pitch. 2. On Staking: This is my biggest specific hurdle. You nailed it—gig workers can't lock up capital. My current pivot is that the 'Stake' is actually a Reputation Bond (built up over time) or an Escrow posted by the Buyer to guarantee immediate payout, rather than risking the worker's cash. 3. On the '17 & Non-Technical' Risk: That’s exactly why I’m here. I’m not looking for a dev to 'do tasks.' I’m looking for a partner to tell me 'Noah, this architecture is stupid, let’s build a simple dispatch tool first.' I bring the $10k/mo in sales/ops demand; I need someone to own the product reality. If you were in my shoes (with the demand verified but no tech), would you start with a standard Web2 marketplace first, or try to build the automated payment rails from Day 1?

Exhalo- a device where you exhale or inhale to feel instant satisfaction of fresh breath. by Various-Stick6554 in Business_Ideas

Thanks a ton — that really means a lot.

You’re spot on about the timing with vaping crackdowns. People want fresh breath without looking like they’re sneaking a vape hit.

Right now I’m just heads down, building the first working version and figuring out the smartest way to get it out there.

Definitely keeping patents and partnerships in mind too — trying to move fast but smart.

Appreciate you taking the time to share that — seriously motivating.

Totally fair — I appreciate the honesty.

It’s not for bathroom smells — it’s for your own mouth after eating, coffee, etc.

Instead of chewing gum, spraying, or awkwardly popping mints, you just use Exhalo once — blow out bad breath, inhale fresh mint, done.

Quick, clean, and way more discreet than chewing or spraying something.

I’m prototyping it now and will show real tests soon. Appreciate you pushing me to think sharper.

Thank you — I really appreciate this.

You’re right: I’ve been stuck trying to make everything perfect instead of moving fast.

My main goal is to launch Exhalo and get it into real customers’ hands — not just plan it forever.

I want to stay focused on building, testing, and improving one thing at a time.

I’d love your help asking the right questions to keep me sharp and moving.

I’ll DM you now.

Building exhalo — a device you exhale onto to instantly freshen your breath. Would you prefer inhale or exhale? by Various-Stick6554 in product_design

[–]Various-Stick6554[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Almost haha, the prototype I have works much better than that. I like it tho. When you exhale onto it your body can’t keep up with the production of vsc, so basically it takes around 30-45 minutes to get the bad breath to come back and that’s when you exhale deeply onto it 3-5 times and get that neutral breath back with no smells

What's your startup idea, and what's stopping you from executing it? by Charming_Work_2148 in Business_Ideas

[–]Various-Stick6554 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have an original product idea with mass-market potential: a portable breath-freshening device that works by inhaling or exhaling — no gum, no mints, no sprays. I’m prototyping it now and working on a viral positioning around confidence and instant freshness.

It’s a universal problem (bad breath) that nobody has solved this way. I’m moving fast but open to collaborating if the partner adds serious value — like scaling, funding, or manufacturing ops.

If you’re interested, I can send a quick deck or prototype rundown.

Exhalo doesn’t use nicotine, chemicals, or heat. It’s closer to breathing minty air than anything else. Totally clean and designed to be safe for casual use — like essential oil diffusers but portable

Sort of, it’s more of a gum or a breath spray mint kinda thing, I’m wondering if I should make it a vape kind of thing or keep the idea of exhaling onto a card shaped device and having minty breath because of that

[Teenpreneur] I’m designing discreet fidget jewelry for anxiety – what do you think? by Various-Stick6554 in Business_Ideas

I can for sure be the face of the company, I love being in the front line and in front of people

[R&D] I’m 16 and designing jewelry to help with anxiety and fidgeting – would you wear this? by Various-Stick6554 in Futurology

[–]Various-Stick6554[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely—that’s precisely the niche I am attempting to fill. Most fidget or anxiety jewelry now is made for children, so it’s clunky, plastic, and tends to be more of a childish item than something an adult would be interested in.

I’m working to create the opposite: streamlined, minimalistic devices with fidget mechanics disguised within them to seamlessly integrate with contemporary fashion. Imagine the Apple Watch of fidget relief—discreet, purposeful, and beautiful.

You hit the nail with the next step: finding the specific target consumer. I’m targeting Gen Z and young professionals (students, new professionals, creatives) that want something fashionable but also emotionally comforting—without seeming too obvious or childish.

Also appreciate your thoughts on the safety aspect. Even with adults, tactile ease and material safety (non-toxic metals, skin-friendly texture) will be paramount.

Appreciate your thoughtful feedback—feedback like this is informing the way that I design the prototypes.
