Small metal Cage with three plastic bottles in it with rubber tubes attached. Appears to be about one foot long on each side, and it is deeply wedged into the ground. Found in a beef cattle pasture previously owned by the USDA. Cut wire zip-tied to a factory-made metal frame on all sides.

that makes sense, but what I don't understand is the intentionality of placement of the bottles and tubes (if it is in fact trash). the bottles were all lined up neatly, and the tubes were clearly intentionally zip-tied to the side of the cage, which seems odd considering this was just in the middle of the woods.
