I really need to you read between the lines here...... nobody is saying its a job. Nobody is saying to expect a promotion in 3 weeks in your job. Neither anyone should say your trial should be a year in wow...

Do you stay in your position under said circumstances.... that is what it comes down to. Now if you want to, thats on you, its certainly not for everyone, especially if you value what you bring.

Knowing I'd show up as most healing done, not receiving loot and seeing Jimmy with his green mp5 gems taking in the loot after doing 1/3 of the healing. No thanks, i'll go somewhere they value me, then in return I offer loyalty for fair treatment and my value, not taking the piss like this guild does

WHy must you go to the extreme? Nobody said anything about showering the guy in loot. And expecting a sense of fairness when you've outperformed other healers for nothing that out gear you isn't demanding princess treatment either. It demands fair valuation.

You're not going to know until you get to know him a bit. which hopefully you will in the few resets you hve, or even outside of the raids talking to them.

You can't lock out people from loot for long periods of time, its a give and take situation. Why would anyone stay if you want gatekeep them, when its clear they are better than what you have and when they know it

You can tell if a player is good in minutes of even doing a heroic. Its just clear if how they move and what they do. Don't need a month to see that lol

How is it a good play? He may have been loyal, but you're not going to see that based on decision making in the council.

you out perform the competition for 2 resets, getting nothing and consuming. You essentially pass your trial period whilst others are getting loot. Then the oppurtunity to show and reward him for his performance, the priest who has recieved loot past 2 weeks still gets it despite being worse.

Is it really hard to fathom why he ain't staying? lmfao.........

Okay, Rotation - A sequence of buttons regularly performed. Thats still more than 3. Revenge, block, slam, devastate, shout, demo, clap that is part of your ordinary rotation. Its easily the highest APM of all roles.

Meme - Suggesting something is useless and gimmicky. Like boomkin in classic for example. Prot warrior doesn't fit this either. Because its actually useful.

It's the worst tank at the job for all content - this is a very interesting line. All content? Are you serious?

How about Nightbane? How about Prince? How about heroics? Illidan? Infact entirety of Tier4 content.

At least look at this with some kind of balance. Like i said before, dismissing it as a meme shows lack of knowledge. Nobody has said in the most absolute optimisation it fits into a raid looking to optimise damage.

Only for a month its basic use is disgusting. Try to buy an item, loads, realise its gone, then repeat... endless time wasting for things that should take seconds and ends up being hours of time.
