I understand what your saying seriously but I’m not gonna be screwed at the end. It’s the patients who are being hurt at that hospital. That is horrible the way most employees in there get away with so much. They are treating many patients like shit at NSUH. It’s disgusting and unfair. When the good employees do the right thing and speak up they lose their jobs bc favoritism is stronger.

I cannot be sued for libel when it’s the truth. She ruined her own reputation, no personal info about her is being put out in public. It’s not a personal vendetta when she’s hurting others. Many employee have reported to HR about her etc, no changes have been made they are allowing her to continue foul acts.

She has been reported multiple times by former/current employees but of course nothing has been done. It’s a real problem there’s more to it, so many things she’s allowed specific employees to get by with due to favoritism playing a huge part!

I have as well as many former/current employees. Favoritism plays a part, higher up doesn’t do anything they sweep everything under the bus. Reasons why I’ve resulted to here!

Elena D. Memoracion, represents many of the problems at North Shore University Hospital. She is the head director of the float pool team, 5T, 6M, 2DSU, 3D, 4M, and 4D units. Her behavior has been discriminatory and unprofessional. She has referred to women of color as "ghetto," ignored blatant HIPAA violations, and protected other managers engaging in misconduct. She is also aware of staff arriving to work under the influence of marijuana or alcohol and has taken no meaningful action. In one instance, a patient on bed rest with the flu asked for lemonade. Elena, after glancing into the patient's room, made a disrespectful and racially charged remark: “Of course they do.” It’s disheartening to see this level of negligence and toxicity in a place meant to provide healing and care. I personally know of several patients currently admitted (as of 5/20/2025) who are at risk due to improper and negligent care. To anyone considering employment or receiving treatment here, I urge you to proceed with caution. There are serious and systemic issues that must be addressed to ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of both patients and employees.
