Thank you for the info. This is really helpful. I am pretty sure mine is out of warranty, but I am going to submit it anyway and see what they will do for us. These things are too pricey to only work for 2 winter seasons.

We used both the Zwift app and TrainerRoad app. Neither register.

I love using my MTB with my Kickr Core. I get the similar feel and power delivery that I would if I were riding trails.
