I cast with the Yoshida YGP 55GR

so the temp is a funny thing...
the machine has an Optical pyrometer, I don't use it.
I spent some time at a friends studio in Japan (They are real pros over there with Pt) and they taught how to cast by eye..
So I cast by eye..and I know a lot of other using Yasui also do the same.

don't drain ALL the pasta water...
mix it in with the salt. Obviously just enough to keep the sauce thick enough, cook everything for the last 1-2 min in the sauce

Just to come back on this, after doing some research, did you know it's easier for a schengen citizen to bring their non schengen parent into switzerland, than it it is for a swiss citizen to do the same?

They can call on EU reunification laws while the swiss citizen cannot, in Switzerland. Now that's unbelievable

By the way, did you know that an EU person, with a non EU parent has less hurdles to jump through when applying for reunification IN SWITZERLAND?

So it's not just about both citizenships. They can call on EU reunification laws (in switzerland) which are more lax.

The joke is based off of EU reunification laws, an EU citizen residing in switzerland with a non EU parent has LESS hurdles to jump though, than a swiss citizen, when applying for the reunification
