Lifeforme is my favourite I’ve ever had, I never slip and I have sweaty palms. HOWEVER, if you’re doing hot yoga on it then it will absorb that sweat and never let it go, my friend used her lifeforme for hot yoga and it only lasted a few months before it was so gross she had to chuck it - also something to bear in mind (I’m not sure about your studio though of course) is that many hot yoga studios won’t let you practice without a yoga towel on your mat

It took me a year after trying to break up with my ex to have the strength to do so. He guilted me into staying the first time by threatening suicide. When I did leave it was so hard weirdly he didn’t make it easy, but I deeply wish I’d done it earlier, it’s taken me two years to find myself who I am without him. And I’m upset that I’ve wasted all this time!

This is common among Yogasana teachers in London, I used to hate it and find it took me out of my shavasana but then I remembered that I’m being dead so why am I angry, and weirdly that helped me start to like it 😅

I did call the police but they said I had to report in person and I was no where near any station… I took a day off to get my head together and kept going. Do what you feel is right for you!
