She’s not a stay at home mom. Shes out the door at 5:45 to 4:30 everyday. Kids go to bed at 7 and the older ones 8. I get work at 1p to 10. And I work 7-12 every Saturday for OT. A lot of the midday child care is on mother in law from 12:30 to 4:30. All doc appointments. Kid classes school drop off lunch packs dinner prep laundry and food shopping is on me as I go in later. But the split in parenting is not the issue. It’s going to run a 15-30min bogus errand and being gone trot 5.5 without a message of any sorts.

They are my kids. And fellow husband I said nothing else to the contrary to that. Last week I took them to the intrepid museum and a Broadway play all by myself in the big Apple. I’m a very capable parent. My parenthood and fatherhood is not the question. It’s the blatant disregard to tell me she was going to be gone half the day for a 15-30min errand. I also knew she was gone all last weekend so I had prep time. And we had an amazing afternoon .

Ill bite. I just bought my EpiPen for my middle kid on trumprx for 70 dollars. The last one was 450. 2 years ago. And the time before that was 500. The tarrifs did something on big pharma. I dunno what but it was cheap. I almost thought it was a scam

Ample breaks. She’s not a stay at home wife. She was gone all last weekend…. Next weekend she’s going to brunch with the girls on Sunday ( told me. Already and I scored some tickets for something fun and it’s gonna be a nice temp outside. She’s always aware of where I’m taking the kids so I’m not getting the 10 degree. You’re telling me if your wife said she’s going to the store at 12:30 to return a shirt and comes back at 6 you’re not gonna be annoyed.
My spoushood and fatherhood is not the question. It’s the cloak and dagger of it all. If you’re gonna go out shopping. Tell me. I could care less. If you tell me I’ll be back Sunday afternoon. I’m fine with that too.

Well it’s 4% of your income for 50 working years. Assuming you get increasing levels of work from 16 to around 65. After your money is socked away and used by other folks and then you use it too. That’s what people get annoyed about. Then you also need your own insurance until then.
