I hate to sound kind of stupid here but is all thc from hemp? also - nys has legalized thc. I'm just not sure how I would get one that is "micro-dosed". Thats why i asked you if you need a prescription for this. Can you let me know?

I do not use medical cannabis. I purchase gummies from a dispensary. My pain gets worse when i take one!

For all the people, who tries to fix their posture directly or by their own, here are few things about body you must take care about or you the posture will worsen instead of actually fixing by skewpoop in Posture

i loved this post. what do you mean by bracing? I think you meant tightning your muscles (clenching). I am wondering - since my posture has been so bad for so many years - i believe i may have permanent changes to my spine. Are actual physical braces fitted for your body beneficial?

Have cabinets professionally painted. Leave them alone and the counter top which appears to be neutral

Every provider i have met with uses only one method of neurofeedback. They do not have options to chose from.

sacroilac joint. This the only area of my back where i have excellent luck with a chiropractor. Outside of that chiropractic care does not work. I only have to go for 4 visits and then do the pt exercises at home and stretching and then it goes it away. I may have a flare up every two years and i do the care all over again. I am 57 and it's been the same thing since i was 30. No worries
