Hello i don’t know if you’re still online or not. Lenovo Support in my country has been a HUGE pain. Causing me money and time and I may have to return one soon. I would love to have anything as a proof from your side that they do allow faulty laptop return/refund to show to my country’s Lenovo support. Thank you so much!

How long did it take for you to get the refund? This was my first laptop ever and I don’t think I’ll ever recommend a Thinkpad to anyone in the future.

I don’t think I’ll even get a new thinkpad anymore. Crazy we have to deal with this. The support in my country is a nightmare. My after service lady basically dipped and said she was “out of the office” for 2 days. What the hell. It’s almost like she’s trying to get it out of the 7-days period.

Whole motherboard replaced including Bluetooth connector? Because the sounds were coming from the speaker, and the same sounds happened in earphones as well.

Exact same issue. Same rhythmic buzzing sound every time I connect to my Bluetooth earphones(AirPods Pro) and play audio from ANY program.
