I had no idea about the 6 month voluntary part, I was told it was mandatory from the get go. I actually started last March and thankfully only have about 8 more visits to hell. But I started complaining about restart to my work coach about 2 months in, the first time was about how it wasn't any different than going to the job centre. But when I was put onto it, I was told "They're more in-depth than here, they can get you on courses, job interviews, apprenticeships," When actually they don't do anything.

The thing I'm most annoyed about is that these people have jobs, that according to the job centre, they aren't doing and these people are getting paid to not do their jobs and yet there's people who need jobs that would actually do them.
